    Battlefield 2 demo

    That's right folks, the Battlefield 2 demo is here. All the servers are full. I got a slot on some Romanian server... somehow. 5:40 left to download. I'm going to let my computer on for the night, it seems.

      Mmmmmmmm. If it was just BF1942 all over again I'd be fine with it, but it's all....improved....and stuff. 90% downloaded. It's been going like, all night. Mmmmmmmmm, Battlefield.
      So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

      In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.

      So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
      And I write the blog for their website.

      Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O

                  And I must say, I'm very pleased with the AI. The bots in BF1942 sucked so badly, but these guys actually will like, heal you when you're hurting. I had one bot follow me around giving me ammo while I was shooting at people. However, I'm disappointed that there are no air units in the demo.

                  EDIT: Whoops, there ARE air units. But you can only see them in multiplayer, since the big map isn't available in the bot match. That really sucks, since a lot of people suck at flying and need practice. I don't see how people flip helis so easily in the game, but I saw a lot of that...
