GTA3 or GTA: Vice City?

vice city is so the best. run up into the military base with a cop uniform on, steal an apache, and shoot endless rounds of minigun ammo at unsuspecting pedestrians ^_^

and the tank *wipes drool from chin* get a warrant level and just sit still and anything that touches you will explode and/or die!

I voted GTA3 because I like the city more than GTAVC's, and that's what I consider most important. Many people cite VC's bigger city as its greatest advantage, but 3's certainly feels bigger to me. Perhaps this is an illusion owed to the compactness of it (streets and locales in VC are very spread out, and too varied for a metropolis), but I feel it's infinitely better either way.

VC has everything else but the actual city going for it in this contest (motorcycles, helicopters, missions, extras, etc; though I miss the subways and the dodo). I'm hoping the next GTA uses 3's style for the city and VC's for the outskirts and suburbs. Obviously, the bigger this place is, the better.
