      HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!

      HE SAID BUTT!!!! ROFL WAFFELS!!!
So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.

So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
And I write the blog for their website.

Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O

I don't know what the hell you said, and instead of trying to decipher your unintelligable drither, I think I'll simply write you off as yet another member of the legion of idiots and go do something else.

          Perfectly said anti.

Also, Grand Theft Auto (I think this is what you were trying to get at) is not even close to a good game. All the idiots out there are going to buy San Andreas thinking it's this totally innovative concept will completely bypass the fact that the only change is in the map. Nothing else.

But yeah, that will be the only difference. Bicycles and a map change.

Apologies. When a friend of mine said "bikes", I assumed he meant bikes that matter (ie: motorcycles. Which had been used in VC already).

So yes. Bicycles and a map change, and instantly 1,000,000 copies sold. I swear I cannot wait until I become a programmer for one of these companies to work on games that matter. Like Super Monkey Ball 4 (it will be at four or five by then) or like WarioWare Inc. 2 or 3 (Finally bought #1 for GCN).

Grand Theft Auto is just one of those games.. even if it's just a map change.. that I will welcome into my house. I find simple fun in driving around, killing things, destroying property, and looking for ramps/doing weird jumps.

I don't understand why all the "popular" games get bashed around here. True there are some underdog games that deserve more credit but these games aren't popular for no reason.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!! you guys are talkin out of your asses cuz you have no idea what san andreas is gonna be about..... hahahahaha

ahem.... let me explain the additions besides actualy bicycles.....
you can hire hoodlums to follow you on mission....
your character changes depedning on how you play... for example, this game is going to be a lot more open ended (than it already is) and rpg-ish, so you can go to the gym and do stuff to make your character better, but when you eat, and if you eat too much junk, your character will change..... i dont know if anyone has heard of fable (for xbox) but it will be like that.....
That game will have also the same idea behind the 1st and 2nd GTA where you start over on a totally new map, but, each map is going to be larger than what vice city was, so expect tons of gameplay....
Besides that, there will be better graphics, better physics engine, and ragdoll effects.....
Also along with that, there will be more guns, more everything a GTA fan would love, and what newcomers to the game would love as well..........
I sure am looking forward to this game......
I'm not saying anybody HAS to like GTA San Andreas, but when you say that a bicycle and map change is the ONLY new thing, then you are gravely mistaken.........
As for dates, i think it will be out on PS2 in november or September or something, and an XBOX release might be around sometime in 2005......
Peace out guys.... Hope this cleared a lot of things.....

Hiring hoodlums for missions! W00T! I may not have to use cheat codes for this GTA. Oh who am I kidding, you HAVE to cheat to win GTA. The skill is in how fast you can stick in the cheats.

And you guys, seriously, VC was more than bikes and a map change. There was a real character that time, a real story, bikes, helicopters, buying property, big maps, better graphics, further draw distance (helped a TON), clothing changes, more guns, more cars, and probably more stuff that I've forgotten. GTA is like an interactive ganster movie. People will see sequels to old gangster movies, so of course they'll keep buying GTA over and over.

I don't get GTA just because it's popular, I get it because I've always loved the series. I remember first seeing somebody play GTA2 in the store and knowing I just had to get it. The fact that GTA is free roaming and open (especially with the increased openness in San Andreas) makes it nice to explore. There's SO much to do. I don't think I've ever heard of anybody getting 100% complete, or even more than like, 90%. The game has good replay value for when you're bored and just want to fly around in a helicopter or see how long you can last against the army. In fact, all this talking about it makes me wanna go play right now. I think I will
So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

Meh. As for me, I'm looking forward to much better games. The second GCN Zelda game is looking nice. Half-Life 2 could come out whenever it feels like it. Metroid Prime 2: Echoes is looking very solid. I'm even considering Pikmin 2.

It's just that the GTA series is going to go on forever doing the same thing. San Andreas is the first of a massive slew of new cities you get to kill stuff in. I never thought it was fun from GTA 2. I didn't find it fun in GTA 3. I didn't find it fun in GTA:VC. Adding a few more ways to kill people isn't going to help at all. Sorry.

It's just not your kind of game, that's all. I like the raw quality of GTA. I like being able to do whatever the hell I want whenever the hell I want. I like being able to beat the shit outta old ladies with a baseball bat. Not so much that I like to murder innocents, but it's cool that I CAN if I want to. Also, there's so much to the game, and it's good stress relief.

You seem to like puzzle/adventure games more, though. More serious games, at least. You seem to have a more serious outlook on things in general, too. It's no wonder you don't like GTA one bit.
