I dunno how that's the case honestly, it doesn't compare much at all with the previous titles. I'm not saying it's bad, in fact I think it's fantastic, but traditional is probably the last word I'd use to describe it. It was more "groundbreaking" than anything.

I dunno why it says there's another page, Haku thinks some posts were deleted or something.

We absolutely need more Ys music holy shit. I think there's like only one on FFR (god bless zagh)

What sentiment are you sharing from my Star Ocean post?
Forgot where I put my old sig lol

I tried a 30-day ranking up the challenge in cs2, and it's tough)

I bounced off Wind Waker on GameCube, but the HD version finally clicked for me. The Swift Sail and trimmed Triforce hunt helped, and the world feels way better at 60 fps. Zelda 1 is fine if you like poking at cryptic stuff with a map, the CD-i games are only fun as a dare, not to actually play.Slight tangent: I’ve been funding these retro binges by cashing out CS2 cosmetics. I recently sold ak47 cs skins and got an instant PayPal payout in under a minute, with crypto as an option too.

I'd love doing it again this year, 5th year anniversary or something! I have started asking people about what they'd like me to cover in the challenge, so if anybody wants to participate, here's the ruleset

Every day, for a whole month, I will share a video game write up answering a question from people, exposing the game that I picked as an answer and contextualizing my personal experience with it.
                - If you wish to contribute, you simply have to DM a question. You are free to pick the date of the month where your question will be answered if the date hasn't been picked up yet.
                - Under the video game questions grid, you can find a list of the themes that I used the last time I did this challenge.
                - Last time, the questions were quite general and broad. I would prefer if they were narrower this time around.
                - Reusing themes is fine, but I would prefer not to. I will not reuse games, though. If your question is too close to one of the previous themes, I would appreciate you narrowing your question.
                - One question per person, unless I cannot find enough people who want to contribute.
                - Depending on the question, I might not have an answer at all. I reserve the right to reject questions.
I will post the whole thing on FFR. I might also post it on Facebook, but I am not sure about that.
if you want to do it, go ahead! Also, I disagree about the cd-i games. They're some of the best stuff on the "console", and they're more than a meme. Wand of Gamelon in particular is especially alright. The farming in faces of evil is annoying, but the game is ok beyond that. I think playing them is the best way to enjoy them
