    Competitive Pokemon X/Y

As we all know, collecting pokemon is annoying. However, battling is possibly the greatest thing ever, and has been made even better since we can do it via WiFi now!

Know about EV/IV's, what hold item to have, and how to use strategy over the traditional "One Shot or bust" method? Let's get it on!

I'm down to battle, and let me know if you're up for it too!

I'm trying to make a team, but I'm bad at the game.
I haven't tried to make a legit team since Gen 4, so its been a bit weird to get there. You'd probably body me once I finish making the team, but I'll give it a shot once I'm done, I guess.

The Bellossom is interesting to me due to the fact Charizard is not your mega.

The team I'm gonna run is gonna kinda look like this:

        Ninetails
Lilligant (This thing is true terror if you aren't prepared for it.)
        Umbreon / Sylveon (With wish.)
Mawile (Mega) (Attack Sweeper) / Gardevoir (Mega) (Depends on my mood.)
        Skarmory (Defence Wall)
Meowstic (There has to be a psychic on my team. ) / Weavile (If I go Mega Gardevoir.)

It has that you know tank / sweepers set up but I have a huge preference to special sweep. Thus the charizard to setup the lilligant / Umbreon for the heals / speed. I also have come to really like mawile's mega so you know yolo.

Also I refuse to run Skarmory / chancey / gliscore in the same team (any combination of the two.)

Seems like an interesting team to fight against. I need a Sylveon with wish, but mine currently has Pixilate, so I guess running Hyper Beam on it is okay for me :P

          My team:

Garchomp (No Mega) [Choice Scarf]/Dragalgae [Life Orb/Black Sludge]
          Aegislash [Weakness Policy]/Frosslass [Focus Sash]
          Kangaskhan/Aggron (Mega)
          Talonflame/Thundurus [Both Sitrus Berry]
          Gardevoir (Mega)/Sylveon (HA) [Shell Bell]
          Greninja (HA) [Expert Sash]

I only use Thundurus once in a blue moon, but I interchange with the others frequently. I'd say the strongest on my team is Greninja since its hidden ability makes it that much more useful. Most of the time if there's a limit on how many Pokemon you can have I'll more than likely use it XD

My FC is 2766 - 9121 - 8975. Let me know if anyone's up for some battles, and if you can send a message to me so I know :P

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but MegaKengasghan is more OP than anything. Even Protean Greninja hardly stands a chance.

is Steel type still really good in this game? I might just run my old party (Scizor, Excadrill (probnot) etc)

edit: @Middie, well shit if that's the way it is, then Steel might not be a good choice anymore.

I mean that's what I use for now, but I'm probably going to be making some changes. I plan on training a Jolly nature Gyrados, and an Azumarill with Huge Power to switch out with Greninja at times. As far as Aggron/Kangaskhan go...I plan on replacing them with Ferrothorn/Blissey. Should be interesting to say the least.

Charizard IS my mega for when I play doubles. Gardevoire is just around for when I run single battles and need fairy/psychic.

I'm switching my raichu with a Furret, testing out how it works

Eviolite Chansey is marginally better man. Just avoid using her against foes with Knock Off and she's the most OP wall in game.

Like seriously Game Freak please. PP 10 (max. 16) When Moonlight and stuff only get max 8? You kiddin me?

Yea I was thinking Chansey with an Eviolite would be better. Dunno I plan on weighing my options for a few days...see which team works best for me~

I don't remember where it is but the math's been done to prove it. (Nerds I swear.)
