Gamecube has a total of three online games. And I don't believe it has a licensed network adapter (correct me if I'm wrong), but even if it does, like I said, it has three games. So, it has essentially no online multiplayer.

Okay, here's the thing: Lacking online multiplayer does not suck. Anyone who has played a game with 3 other friends in the same room or been to a LAN knows this. It is totally fun, and completely pwns Online.

Lan Parties > Regular Online play. However, online is available whenever you want. Lan parties take planning and there's not always a bevy of friends to duke it out with. And without multiplayer, you're stuck goin solo. Plus, very few things beat a heated 32 player UT2K4 match, online or not.

Can't remember if it's unreal classic or unreal gold, one of the two is great (Or maybe just unreal :P). Also counter strike can be good if you havea large enough lan party going (I've been to a 14 person LAN before, normally around 6).
