I always come out on top of the game with top damage, 100% of the time. Top CS as well, And usually even in kills and deaths, with my assassin partner, the attack speed and full stack damage on BT makes turrets fall like they're butter.
As well the crit rate annd attack speed + AD makes poking champs lolsy.
It works 100% of the time for me and Im only level 19, so **** metagame. Meta game strats are always lame cause it makes every game the same, when I mix things up and dont follow meta game people dont know how the **** to react and I have a considerable ammount more fun with my style.
Edit: At my level of play the jungle is mostly ignored, early bloodthirster allows me to solo dragon, solo every buff, solo all of the jungle and only while Im switching lanes, leaving a lane with 10% HP, going to get red buff and clear a jungle quarter, then come out 40 seconds later with red buff and full HP + more Bloodthirster stacks usually makes me virtually invincible.
