Dude, after seeing how bad GW2's endgame was, I'll gladly play D3. Besides, most of the negative hype over this game was exaggerated.

play rift, we have better endgame than GW2, D3, and WoW

I just started playing d3 recently and a lot has changed. Monster Power and legendaries actually drop now with a beam of light golden light! Inferno machine runs are fun too! You will need friends to play this game with or you'll fall asleep. My DH had no gear and now does 140k dps without sharp shooter and I've only been playing for a few weeks. Gear comes faster now which makes it more attractive for me...

update:
my friends are all home from college and they still play D3 a lot, they convinced me to come back and try it
i came back and had to vendor all my gear that used to be worth like 70 million (rip) but i geared up a CM/WW wizard on about 5 million and it's pretty fun. kinda spammy build, i find myself using "pro stepmania vibrating" on the keys to hit them fast enough sometimes haha

did MP7 keyruns with my barb and monk friends then we did MP8 ubers and that was cool
maghda/SK is kind of a bitch (AAAH SHIT NOT THE BUTTERFLIES NOOO), the other two were really fun though.
also did MP7 keyruns with leonid 8)

I can only do like MP4-5 myself before i start to just die all over the place, but i feel useful in higher MPs with a group chain stunning everything. support class ftw?

solo farming is still boring as ever but the endgame group content is actually rather fun now

okay so I had to hit up customer service a couple of times but fortunately, I'm downloading d3 right now


checking out patch 1.5, it looks like it made the game a shitton better

Probably gonna make a new character and ramp the mp up to 3-5

in current gear, it feels like mp5 is about how hard inferno used to be when the game first came out, you probably quit when inferno was at mp3 difficulty around there.
anything less than mp3 and you will be surprised how easy they made inferno now
it only takes a few million and a good build to get gear that can take you into mp10, though it will take you a long time to kill anything ofc

i cleared inferno mp0 using thorns gear
