I think the best idea has already been said , being that he has some sort of item that protects him from instas. Either that, or he has a lot of luck charms (very unlikely)

is roundbox a confirmed wolf and we keep trying to kill him but he has some kind of item that prevents him from dying?
hint: how about someone who has an item that might have some kind of ability to get roundbox to be able to be lynched use it on him i don't even know if this exists but FIGURE IT OUT

While I can't comment on the exact mechanics of the item, this is the description that was in the signup thread:
LUCKY CHARM (?).
Possessing this item will allow you to successfully avoid being killed once. Once used the LUCKY CHARM, becomes ineffective but is still passed as normal.
NOTE - if a bodyguard is protecting you, and you hold a lucky charm, the charm's power will still fade if you are attacked, even though the attack would have failed anyway!
