fun fact, Floatzel was the fastest swift swim user for a long time, meaning rain dance was basically the equivalent of dragon dance on him
and for a pure water type pokemon with the offensive stats he has that's pretty terrifying

also piplup's level up movepool is hot garbage, it's level 21 and still using Bubble (20 base power)

but the endgame stats and raw power+fantastic typing on empoleon is so worth it
