                Queen was modkilled for OOTC, not inactivity

                            avery told me something that basically meant he was town 90+% of the time
                            I attempted to replace out afterwords but Trevor didn't hear anything from any of the potential replacements for over 24 hours

                            so I just kept playing

                                Oh right. So what had happened is Queen and sunfan were planning to meetup irl to hangout and sunfan had mentioned he was out of his champs game.
                                Queen misinterpreted that as being out of this game and let out some OGI that led to the kill.
                                Sunfan initially asked for a replacement as well, but neither replacements could be reached at the time so he played it out as I had felt that, once the kill had occurred, sunfan had no more extra access to info that the rest of the playerbase had at that moment.
