The reason I think Adam's more likely to be town is that it either takes a very confident or a very clueless scum to lash out and throw shit in every direction and fight everyone at the same time. While that can get you townread, it's more likely that you end up leaving a bad taste in everyone's mouth and they they CFD you any time there's a chaotic EoD.

I don't think it's necessarily scum that were ganging up on him. I agreed with your earlier assessment that his vitriol is what had people responding to him the way they did.

Adam seemed to be attacking everyone in the forum, which is obviously not the ideal move for someone that wants to survive Day 0. I feel like wolves would want to avoid the attention that confrontation brings.

I think our time is better spent focusing on players that are being quiet and forcing them to speak. In a normal game of mafia, I'd suggest forcing people to role-claim and then making them prove it, but role-claiming seems to not really be a thing in TWG?

Right, it's fine in small fast games that you've probably played before. But for a game that has a lot of hours per phase, it's best if we keep claims like that to ourselves unless something deems it necessary to claim.

in some games, after a couple days a mass role-claim happens, but since we're in a mystery game it's totally not ideal to make people claim

forcing quiet people to speak is a good strat tho. speaking helps btw because it gives us info. it's helpful to know how players interact with each other itt. reads are also helpful because it's good to know what someone thinks about other players
