Re: TWG CLXXIX: The Third FE Mystery Game Game Thread
@mellon+cel <3 stepped away for a bit longer, i really needed that
i had some interactions with fg to see where she was, just got a better grip on her by prodding a bit. don't think i'd actually vote her because her reasons for not reading me seemed like something she'd actually say, despite being followed up by something lazy lol
i feel this pretty hard tbh
i definitely got caught up in adam's pace and i've definitely had trouble fixating on anything outside interactions w/ him and things discussing said interactions, which is pretty shit for actual development in thread
misc. unorganized thoughts
============
mellon said it best a little bit back regarding replacement (fucking thank god) where reset as zenith new player, and i think that's where i'm at, i think there's a bunch of people that got shook up by the slot previously, and it's really mentally hard to shake that off and not have it actually contribute to reads (unvote)
emotional reads out of the way as best as possible, raeko town lean, purely based on volume and engagement to thread. at least from what i can remember, it's at least much more town than scum for this to be happening. at the very least, won't vote her today
tambourine isn't really elaborating on any reads, i really dislike the way he's going about just kinda throwing things out there like "mellon collie is wolf", and when asked pretty reasonably why he wants to lynch her, responds withThis kinda goes the same for ffa as well, but to a much lesser degree because at least iirc, his early game wasn't quite as un-informative of mindset. like, comparing ffa to tambourine, it's like, ffa feels more naturally posting mindset updates to thread (feels towny) as his viewpoint continues to evolve, whereas in the other case, tamb just dumped a vote in thread and refused to really elaborate at allAll your posts I’ve read so far until I stopped have been bullshit
i think i can see at the very least, some sort of "i want to look like i'm doing something without actually doing something" in mtam, where like, dropping a vote (which i'm pretty sure is his intention, even though he didn't officially vote) is fine and dandy, but without elaborating on anything regarding how the read has developed, it doesn't serve to push the game state forwards.
Gonna stop rambling i think, because i'm unsure how to put this into words other than:
voting someone w/o elaboration especially doesn't look good, because if it was an actual push and actual belief fo the person, then probably there'd be an attempt to also sway the rest of the opinions of the playerbase
=======
still scrambled probably if that doesn't make any sense tell me lol

jessie, since you're in thread, and i know you're also new to twg (in forum as well?)
since there hasn't been much from you, can you just answer this to get the ball rolling
are you actually new to twg? if not, how about forum twg (it's probably a big fucking change from a lot of other formats? and if you're not new to forum twg, then drop some hot takes tbh cause we're missing your point of view

Re: TWG CLXXIX: The Third FE Mystery Game Game Thread
It was an early read, but I stand by the ideas in it. The post felt out of place at the time it was made, and it didn't actually commit to the idea it espoused.
Obviously a lot has happened since then, so I'll reevaluate mtamburini's play as I go. Either they'll have done things since that lean town or scum.Comment

Re: TWG CLXXIX: The Third FE Mystery Game Game Thread
yep def new to twg (and ffr) but have some experience with other forms of mafia. Not really used to the first day being 72 hours long though, so I guess I'm just trying to wait until after the first night of the game to decide who I think might be evil or not. Don't like accusing people of being guilty without more solid evidence first ie if someone is extra talkative in the thread or accuses someone and then dies night 1, then whoever they accused is sus af imo.
Sorry for not being more productive in the discussion. I just don't think there's a ton of evidence proving anyone's innocence or guilt rn.
