1 - i think you misunderstood - assuming in the coordinated world, every player is in the tiebreaker round, because the rules are still hidden for that round, there is potential that having an elevated number in a private faction will benefit. however that's something that we don't know, and choosing coordination over rng is a crapshoot, so you can't say it's "no benefit"

2 - i'm talking about the tiebreaker, which like i apparantly need to elaborate more for you, will potentially have a completely different ruleset.

1. This is the only event coordination is allowed in. Again, I refer you to the rules. And in this event, private coordination is not allowed. I refer you to the rules.

2. The tiebreaker may either be considered part of this event, or a different event. Case 1., public coordination is allowed, private is not. Case 2., No coordination is allowed. I refer you to the rules.
