Re: TWG CLXXIX: The Third FE Mystery Game Game Thread
Just by the wording, I can tell this is most likely legit. I'm surprised you can post this. The hidden place contains items that elivate players who can be elevated.
An item which can hide a player (hider).
An item which can deflate a player to a lower level.
The item I've used to gain special knowledge.
An item which can briefly enhance one's ability, but then the player must rest.
An item still not quite ready, which can eliminate a player while the sun is up.
An item which randomises what another player gets.
A fortune telling item.
An item which allows a player to eliminate another player of known character moniker.
And an item which disguises alignment view.
Apart from my Role PM, that's basically the special knowledge I have to this point.

Games I've previously played that had a place with stuff, had the specific stuff available increased as the game progressed. I don't know if that's common here.

I know this may look awkward because you just shared information, but I think you're suspicious for knowing that in the first place.
It's also information that would technically become available to anyone sooner or later unless wolves win every prizes.
Just scratching my head over intentions.

Town benefits from having as much info as possible. You read my other posts about the game set-up, right?

Re: TWG CLXXIX: The Third FE Mystery Game Game Thread
town benefits from having more information yes
i'm unsure if revealing this right now was the best decision, because it could be used to at least boost some interactions further down the road with asking people about contents of secret shop, and being able to at least have the first person be confirmable in a lie/truth

Re: TWG CLXXIX: The Third FE Mystery Game Game Thread
Currently reading through and came across this.
1. Feels too serious/abrupt tonally for that early in the thread.
2. Conflates player alignments when it comes to lying. Wolves are implicitly lying all the time, and town should rarely lie--only for specific tactical purposes. That doesn't mean it's not going to happen, but on balance a lie should look bad for the liar.
3. "I'd rather lynch wolves" is a weak "look how town I am!" kind of statement when it's not accompanied by actual content. It's the same thing as posting reactions to lynch flips that don't consider the implications of the event, but just try to look town by emoting that they're happy a wolf got lynched, or disappointed town did.
