The only thing I disagree about their entrance is the fact that his strategy was pretty bad and there are other ways to go about this

also I liked AA for quoting that post by mrpop about, essentially, showing vs telling wrt alignments. particularly because he was showing how what I did was technically "scummy" without being accusatory and coming to a premature conclusion. seemed like he was interacting to interact, not to push an agenda.

2. His entrance really reminds me (the "I'm a town and it will be stupid obvious") of one of the players in the champion's game this summer. He made a long, ludicrous post as to why he was green and why people shouldn't read him as cop or wolf since it would be bad for him and everyone else.
He ended up being killed during the first night because he was so fucking pure.
dLGN puts that taste in my mouth for the time being.

I actually thought of that exact scenario too, but I think his presentation of his strategy was terrible. There's also a big difference between trying to clear yourself and having PRs out to you.

being someone's top mafia (even if this someone is scummiest in game) does nothing to clear you. Even if said person flipped scum it still wouldn't clear you because it gets into a wifom bus/not bus situation. Stop trying to force the clear, it just makes me want to dig in my heels more and not believe you
