What happened here as I said earlier couldn't possibly be a mindmeld because a mindmeld isn't two people voting the same person or even reading the same person the same way, it's the underlying reasons for said vote/read matching. So two possibilities here:
dbp misunderstood what mindmeld is (kind of doubtful because he's a pretty experienced player from what I've seen)
there was a slip and we have a lurker/dbp team

That read is still based on my earlier allegation --- that's probably due largely because of bias, my thoughts might change once I sleep and glance through your posts again

Like I said earlier, I disagree that there was even a switch because I wasn't serious yet. And even if there were a switch that's a really weak reason to scumread someone because people will often mix some shitposts in even when the game is in full serious mode (look at the last page especially)

I'm sure backpack knows what mindmelding is but in his post about it he hedges saying "[I] think this is the proper term" which seems weird
