                        unless we have a shit ton of claiming, or specific people acting a certain way, i dont know if it can be. even assuming white and black change how powers will work (i assume they will) we dont even know that one color means one thing. there could be one PR that is affected by white and one that is affected by black. until we start seeing patterns it cant really mean anything.
