Humans win?

Ok, I know I ****ed up towards the end of the game. No need to say it anymore. The game itself shouldn't really even be considered by anyone, I believe.

Well, all I can really say is that the wolves were extremely lucky. This game was really biased towards the humans, if anything; however, if the sage can't seer players then there's no chance in hell the humans could've won. Sucked that fojar stole from sertman on night one.

MVP: Fojar.
He came up with the idea of using both runes as a wolf to kill off two human player and wolf another. It would ultimately cause his death, but it helped his team alot.

as for the humans: you were just really unlucky. However, ddrkid did screw up by coming out to both players who had runes on night one.

I don't know what happened with Vash and JWC exactly, but...yeah. Doesn't sound like anyone's too happy about it. And, it tells me that the humans shouldn't really count this as a victory.

and the fact that THE PREVIOUS HOST OF THE LAST GAME IS SUPPOSED TO MAKE THE HOST SIGN UP THREAD.

you didn't even give me (or anyone) any time to make my game and present it or anything. You pretty much said 'yeah, you can object but pretty much I'm hosting so sign up'. I don't know, pissed me off.

Signups/hosting/voting should have been conducted as normal;

The host of the previous game makes the host voting thread.
People with hosting ideas PM them to the previous host (or alternatively post them on the thread) and they will be added to the first post of the thread.
Adequate time should be given so that everyone who wants to propose an idea/host can do so
Host/setup should be voted on
signups conducted as necessary

But here's the main thing:
jTWG is supposed to be jTWG. My game was pushing it. This game was like a 'hey I can't host TWG so lets just make it a jTWG and hope they catch on.'
Now I know that it went semi-alright (haven't read it) but that's almost just because you have people like fojar (wtf fojar you shouldn't be in jTWG), sertman (has been playing forever), vash (same), jwc (same).

(I'm not trying to say the new people are retarded, don't get me wrong)
But, this is supposed to be jTWG. Not 500 roles. I can't stress that enough. If TWC was alive at all, this game never would have started because it just goes against everything jTWG is.

Alright I'm done, just wanted to get that out without affecting the game.

psycho is red.

On night one sertman gave his rune to psycho and he turned up red. Night 2, he told me because he knew he would die, and trusted me apparently. I was dumb and didn't ask any other questions.

I don't know why, but he lied and said that he had his rune stolen on night one. I don't know if it was a lie or not. I don't know which one to believe but I'm going to go with psycho because I have nothing else to go on.

this game was severely human biased for several reasons:

1: the wolves cannot get runes in a way that does not incriminate them.

the dirty rune can only go to humans. if the pure rune goes to anyone BUT the master wolf, the wolves get seered. the thief should never get away with stealing a rune unless the seeker is dead.

2. the stone seeker can instantly win the game for the humans

assuming that there are no steals, and the pure rune goes to a human night one, the seeker should automatically have a four man alliance.

if this doesnt happen: see our game, one of the two people that the seeker has seen is a wolf. the seeker should then come out in the thread.

either there was a steal, and one of them is a wolf with a rune, or the sage gave the rune to a red.

in both of these cases, the seeker should come out to the thread, and the sage should contact him. in the case of a red seering, one wolf down. in the case of a steal, it shouldnt be hard to narrow it down.

even if the humans give the rune to the master wolf, there will probably be an extra death that night, wolf found.


there is really no excuse for the humans to lose in this game.

I would have had a comfy three-man alliance day one had it not been for Fojar being lucky and stealing a rune. So, yes, humans get hugely lucky, but good game, wolves.
