It went well. There's still the pesky problem of how no solution is 100% good. The main highlights of the conversation that I can remember were that silencing is the way to go, and that revealing/reassigning roles couldn't get settled. That is, not doing it would be bad, but so would doing it, just in another way.

I was about an hour late to it, so I basically just talked with chardish for most of it, so you'll have to ask someone else about the rest.

How about this for a quick fix: For everyone phantom any person accumulates beyond a first, they get a week-long SITE ban, starting at the end of the game.

That should be more than enough motivation to be active.

Hey, I'm cool with that, too. It's just that it might prevent enough people from playing a game. And as much as we can play with the numbers, a six-man game just won't work.
