changing things ever so slightly - instead of the standard mafiascum c9++ i'll be using sunfan's c9++ setup. an example can be found here.

i sincerely apologize for changing things mid-vote but at the time of submission i didn't realize there was a tweaked version and i think his is a bit more balanced. i'll understand if that changes folks' thoughts
