    Turbo XI: Matrix6 Returns Signups Thread

    12 hour day/night phases
    No lynch/No kill: ON (different than normal turbos)
    Cardflips: On, full role flips
    OOTC: Off, exception for Mafiachat
    Mafia can only talk during the night phase
    Phantoms: Off

    Game will begin when 9 players and 1 sub have signed up
    Phases will revolve around midnight and noon, server time
