Gonna take this one for sunfan since I think he went to bed.

A Wizard 0rb: Prevents a role/action from occuring.

Since the Orbs can only be used during the night phase, the wizard orb can stop any of the other orbs, the tracker from getting one particular night's information, or the wolfkill if it hits the wolf sending in the kill.

It cannot prevent daytime actions like votes or instas.
