I haven't really been paying attention to T-Force, but this post stands out:

Therein lies my point. If you're human, why bother defending yourself. There are more important things to do: Catch wolves.

Regardless of role, people will defend themselves. Convincing other humans that you are human is indirectly catching wolves.

Fair enough. I have noticed, though, that wolves, if caught, will tend to try to put out the fire as soon as possible. Humans who know they're human, but have a bit of suspicion on them will either choose to defend, or let it pass as they know they're clean.
To put it another way, they know they're not as significant a catch as a wolf and will focus less on steering the fire away from them at the current moment, while still trying to find a wolf.

It's less immediate of a defense, I guess.
