bg & banner: Pretty obvious since it's Traverse Town. (Maybe add part of a piano in the banner...) Also, for the artist, instead of putting Yoko Shimomura, replace it with this: 下村 陽子

CD Title: ~Midi vs. Nai~ (Midi in blue with red outline, Nai in red with blue outline)
