Welcome to the making of The VGMPP 2 (The Video Game Miniature Pad Pack 2)!!!
This time, we have Doubles judges to ensure that crap doesn't get through (we didn't even judge the Doubles charts we got last time, hahaha). Feedback will be taken before the pack is released this time from the community (not all of it, but yeah). Difficulty ratings will be accurate this time (due to feedback!), and everything will be perfectly synced again!
Like the first VGMPP, we have 2 major goals.
Goal #1 - 10 pad files, tops! We don't want this pack to take forever. That's a main issue when creating packs. They take too long, people get tired of waiting, and the pack release isn't as exciting. It also ensures the most quality. When having to judge too many files, you get burned out and let crap pass through. If crap passes through, you don't get a quality pack, and we want this pack to be 100% quality. If it's not quality, then it's crap! Which brings us to our next goal.
Goal #2 - Quality! We want this bad boy to be hacked on to ITG machines. Nobody wants to hack a crappy pack on to a machine. Since this pack is about quality, we will be strict on the files we let in (not so strict where everything is rejected, but you get the point). By the time this pack is finished, we expect all files to have quality Novice-Expert Singles charts, Doubles charts and beautiful graphics.
We want this pack to be a community effort, so if you submit a file with only an Expert singles chart, then somebody else can help make the other charts. All charts will be signed with the person's name who made the file in the name field.

#1. NO RHYTHM GAME MUSIC!
#2. NO TOUHOU MUSIC!
#3. Video Game Remixes ARE ALLOWED.
#4. All files must have ITG style graphics. This means that they have to look good or else they will have to be remade (by the artist or by someone else), and the dimensions have to be 768x480 for the BG and 418x164 for the banner. (please, no CDTitles!)
#5. All songs have to be at least 1 minute and 30 seconds long. They can only be 2 minutes and 15 seconds long at the most.
#6. When you submit a file, it must have an Expert singles chart. Everything else can be added later.
#7. Unreleased files only. (Obviously)
