Only if people submits more wrist jacking type files then vibrating types. If that happens for any reason then I would at least want 15 vibrating files in the pack so some vibrators could at least enjoy the pack as well. Their will probably be more wrist jacking submissions anyways so yeah.

Forgot to mention this but for files that has a little star in front of the name means that I wasn't sure about those files and that other judges will test the file to see if it gets in or if it needs a little tweaking before it gets accepted.
