Its just really on sync and straight forward.

Yeah, it's dead atm. Everyone got busy, my computer died for a while--etc.

I'm actually waiting to get my portable hard-drive back from WinDEU--so I can bump the thread and get back to work.

Also--I think I have a song for this too, it's a song from Metal Slug 2, but if I remember correctly, the song does loop, and it might be repetitive. I have to check it out.

I said this at r21freak under another name, but +1 support for making doubles charts. I can make singles and doubles really well.

at some point I'll step and submit Tyrian, The Song to this but after that I don't think I'll try anything else (don't want more than 1/5th of the pack to myself and don't want to double up on sonic music)
another (read: the only other) tyrian song I could try is Ending Number 2 but I think that's more suited to a keyboard file treatment

e: if you happen to shoot straight past 10 files into 11 or 12 or so and they're all of roughly equal quality, are you going to throw some out anyway? just out of curiousity

We'll pick the 10 we think are the best, and tell the submitters that the leftovers can either be kept and submit it towards the second pack (if the first is a success), or just go ahead and release it.

How about we change the rules for the minimum file length to be 1:15... That way the file I stepped while I was drunk makes the cut, if only by a second or two...

Not sure what to do with this. I was hoping to step some guilty gear muzikz (Fuuga to be precise), but syncing is an issue since it likes to deviate by a few decimal places every few bars or so, so I'll probably drop that. I'm not sure what else I'd attempt at the moment.

EDIT: Never mind. Found something from Capcom vs. SNK 2 that could potentially be a decent 9 footer. Here's hopin' it werkz out

MOAR EDIT: Gah. Just realised the cut I have is 1:28. Faaaack
