I love this thread.We have robertsona trying to help and make a point, NTM trying to make a serious thread and trying to take criticism, about 4 random noobs flaming rebortsona and saying "Wow DF rulz we shuld ave a rapsody album dude," Patashu going "hurr hurr" and other people trying to give helpful advice or useless comments.

Also, ssbmchamp, you really need to shutup. I've seen the comments you've left in the Simfile DB and in other threads. You're just a straightup dumbass. You tried insulting Sulfer by saying his VERY FIRST FILE was a piece of ****. Are you kidding me? Just SHUT UP. You don't know anything and you think you're the center of the universe. You reeeeeally remind me of unkownman, no joke. If you were GLoVE making these comments about how files should be stepped, then you'd be fine. But you're not.

NTM, I watched the preview. I'm not totally against DF. Yes, I think they're stuff is sorta generic, but its okay. Based on what I saw and what I've heard from robertsona, it seems like you focus on the guitar sounds. Try branching out and stepping the other sounds too. I get what you mean by the "fun factor," but you want technicality too. Plus, its not exactly fun if its really hard 32nd stream at one point and almost nothing at the next. You should really try stepping other things. Not just different metal bands, but different stuff altogether. Try stepping some Jpop or some IDM. I bet with some experience and guidance you could be a great stepfile artist, but you really need to branch out on your song choices.
