Check out Sulferdragon's verson of Downfall. It'd definitely be in the pack.

And I'm gonna try to get as many of their songs as possible - old and new.

Oh and I'm not gonna change the Lake Bodom sim. I was playing with the layering earlier, and although presently it's technically inconsistent I believe it's not gonna get any better.

*edit* I'll make Tie My Rope when I get time (after Pual Oakenfold).

Another contribution to the future COB pack. I made this instead of Tie My Rope cuz I found a vid of a sim for that on youtube. Anybody have the download link?

I'm willing to make a Tie My Rope sim, and you're welcome to throw in my Triple Corpse Hammerblow sim as well. I just hate sending things off into packs at the moment because I have no CD Title, or any other graphics besides that.

Idiot, I gave you 25,000+ credits just so you could get those things made. I don't know what you're waiting for.

If you're worried about losing LWIV, I'll give you another 10K.

I posted a request for a CD Title, but apparently nobody was interested in creating one.

As for the credits, I'll just coerce Villy into giving me hers or something.

What? Triple Corpse Hammerblow already had a sim for it? I would have never made mine had I known that:

              http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...p?songid=26202

Now who wants to compare our sims? I've never played yours.

Well if you're good at making sims and don't mind redoing a song that already has a good sim for it (the Tie My Rope sim on youtube that I found), then that'd be great.

Oh and the COB pack wouldn't be really soon anyways, so you'd have plenty of time to get a cd title. Just reupload it once it's added.

Naturally, since it's your pack, you'll be the one to decide if you like the way I step. If you do, I'll write a Tie My Rope file if you want me to.

Also, my Triple Corpse Hammerblow file isn't even 2 weeks old. A friend requested that I step it, so I did. So, yours came first. I wouldn't have imposed my file on the pack if I'd known you already had one in there, but you're still more than welcome to use my file if you decide you like it more. Also, Izzy was kind enough to make me up a nice CD title, so that issue is solved.

Also, I've written tens of stepfiles, from metal to game music, so I'm no newbie.

                  I will test them.

NTM, I was the one who requested TCH from you awhile back, so I think I can make a fair judge.

I am downloading Diane's file as we speak.

EDIT: No hard feelings, NTM, but Diane did a really awesome job on TCH. It's a really tough file too. Wow.

EDIT2: Also, I'm just curious about the overall difficulty of the pack, because Children of Bodom doesn't exactly step for the newbs. It's generally tough stuff. NTM, you should play Diane's TCH and tell me what you think.

It was a great sim. Definitely very different from my style. I focused more on pitch relevence imo, and when an exact pitch repeated i was sure to show that (also explains the jacks). Diane Crow changed it up a lot more and incorporated more air for the main background beats which I just expressed with a single. He also layered different parts than I did. Overall great sim, but I think he missed a few 24ths near the solo at the end. I was thinking since they're so different I may just include them both. I mean why choose?

We have different styles no doubt, but I like yours. If you wouldn't mind making a Tie My Rope sim that'd be awesome. I just got a request for In Your Face, so I'll do that soon too.

                      Diane is a girl. =)

I'm not sure you can include both of the songs in the same pack - they will need to have different titles. My SM was giving me **** about having two files with the same title, so just make sure you have that straightened out.

I'll probably be able to test the Tie My Rope sim as soon as she's done. My guess is she'll send it to me over AIM. And I'd be happy to test In Your Face for you as well, NTM.

I have never met a guy named Diane... plus I have female noted on my profile. But that aside, thanks a lot for the comments. Glad you can appreciate it. Interesting comment about 24ths. Listening back on it that second solo where I threw the 32nd notes in, the 24ths don't sound like 24ths at all. It all sounds like 32nd triplets to me.

I'll gladly write a Tie My Rope sim for you, at any rate.

Oops, sorry . I didn't really pay attention. Oh and I'll look into that part again.

Anyways I gotta leave for work soon, but I did start In Your Face. I'm 10 seconds in lol. It's 115 BPM. At least now I got the BPM + offset.
