I'm going to be honest, I quit out because I could tell you used Ctrl+R. Don't.
Lay every step out manually. The steps are too inconsistent, and aren't actually synced to the music you were trying to step. The BPM is correct, but the gap is too early. At least, it seems like it; kind of hard to tell when the steps aren't lining up with what I'm hearing.
Also, you already posted this in the "judge my simfile" thread, yes? If so, you didn't need to make this thread.
