Head over to the FFR Batch Forum for all the details on how you can get your file into the game. The Artist Permissions forum section will help you find out if FFR has permission to use the song your file goes with.
but then again, all of my .oggs are lesser quality than most
What a liar. You can't load over 50 songs from your USB. You don't have to lie how many songs you can load because ITG R21 and R23 can only load 50 max. Depends on the brand of your USB flash drive, Some can only load like 30 or less if it's non dedicab machine.

Oh! Oh! I'll make courses!
Please?
PS:I have a crappy modded course thingy from forever ago on the video database.
EDIT: can't find it, but found it on youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H3aYYjCkvws
Also, I've made improvements to that one, like when blink turns on, it goes with the beat of the music.

Holy hell that was kinda crazy.
Rebirth, do you have a list of songs yet? And you said preferably under 2:30, does this mean you won't consider anything over that?

Why cdtitles, machine's dont read them at all.
r21 only reads song and steps, r23 reads songs, steps, backgrounds, banners.
At least I'm pretty sure r23 reads backgrounds and banners.
Also, at the 2:30 and below, machine's only read 1:59 and below, unless you patch the .ogg, which only works with r21. On r23, you cant play over 1:59 even if you patch it, they fixed that.
edit: Not sure if they bumped r23 up to 2:30 and thats why you said it, but I'm guessing its still 1:59
But if you plan on having patched files for r21, I'm stepping another planet, which is 2:29.
