downloading packs?
Is there something special that you have to do to be able to play packs? Because i have downloaded two and they are in my stepmania folder but i can't play them . It almost looks like they need to be opened, i will get a screen shot up in a while but does anybody know what might be causing this to happen?

i was told to delete all but the file which i did and that didn't work and then someone else said to make a new folder for it which i did and that didn't work so... help please!!!Last edited by ogmsband; 07-24-2007, 04:20 PM. -

Make sure it's in it's own Folder.
Go to Stepmania Folder.
Click on Songs.
Then put the Folder in there. By itself.
Stepmania Folder:
Click on songs, Then it takes you here:
Put SMpack folder in here:

this happened to me, each song has to be in a main folder. Like if u have desitny make a folder and put it in that.

If all the folders above are inside your "Songs" folder, and INSIDE those folders are the individual songs' folders, it should work just fine. Did you reload songs/courses, too?Last edited by Ramengan; 07-24-2007, 05:28 PM.Have a pad simfile that you're proud of? Send it to:
