I use 0.2.
It's better than 0.3, and it's less scratchy.

You know, you can also raise the pitch of the song by an appropriate ammount and it removes some of the scratchiness.
For a short song it might not be worth it, but for a long one like TGWP it would be useful to raise the pitch so that it sounds normal at 0.3 (or 0.2, whatever you use) then substitute the actual song in when you're done syncing.
