Ive used Mixmiester for this song but the BPM it gave is no where near where it should be. Ive also used WinBPM for this song. I manually did it and I got about 180.5. though WinBPM never gives the exact BPM since its manual. So, can anyone help me find this songs BPM?

Try multiplying whatever Mixmiester gave you by 2. Mixmiester usualy divides what it should be, in half.connect 216.246.109.6:27015

If it's a song without a clear beat it might just be plain wrong. (Happened to me with the song Escape the Halberd from Kirby Superstar)
What I'd do is turn assist tick and autoplay on and lay out lines of quarter notes. (Find the gap first.) If they slow down relative to the beat, speed it up, otherwise slow the BPM down until you get it right for the length of the song.Patashu makes Chiptunes in Famitracker:
