Should I redo Palette Polis?

For those who don't know (and you darn well all should) it was my lone entry into the VGMP1. One of the reviews said it 'missed all the good sounds', and idly listening through it I think I can hear some quiet 24ths or 32nds or something. Should I bother remaking it?
