Wait, doesn't Hall of the Mountain King have some bpm changes in it? I don't know if they are tricks or not, but I'm pretty sure that it does change. I don't know.

And about Paranoia Over, sure, its a pretty bad file, but the tricks that are used on the holds at the end are pretty damn cool imo. When I first played it I thought it was the coolest thing (note that was ~3 years ago)

Hall of the Mountain King changes BPM, so those BPM changes are necessary. BPM Tricks aren't "necessary", but they make a file interesting.

Ok, I just wasn't really sure if they were tricks or not.

another one for consideration would be Reach's Tokoyo Style Speedcore. Only a few, but still, worth a look at.

Vero's Final Fantasy 7 Opening Theme had BPM tricks. lol You can't get it from BMS anymore though. It's also not super high quality simfiles...

I give up on this thread.

Would it count as a bpm trick if I were to set bpms such that there were only two colours in a song? I thought it would be cool to have the song Cerulean Sky have only blue and light blue arrows. Perfectly synced, mind you.

Well, I guess you could whore colours. My bpm trick file was when I made monochrome swathes of the rainbow for my version of rainbow flyer. All I need to do is release a v2 with the ending stream being all rainbow colours alternating. There are 8 colours, conveniently :P
