I love how most of my favorite files in the pack were never reviewed, notably by the people who are insulting the entire pack.

I probably didn't play them. lol I'm generalizing. =( Name some and I'll go play them.

After another play through, this pack is more enjoyable.

Yes, some are too hard for me -_- and like I said before, some were just "WTF GO AHEAD AND END PLEASE!" (AKA. Can't Compete, Gigadelic, and more!)

It's hard not to agree with everyone. There are some bad files in this and there are some good files and most files are just "ok, that was obvious the whole way, 6/10". The guys who made the pack should not have to take all this crap though, if you're going to say it's bad, say it in a good way so they can improve it. Do not call them queers lol (BM =/). It's not like they're getting paid to do this...

That is really my only complaint with that file. It's kinda fun.

Gamepro: I've realized that I'm not going to have as much free time as I planned to this summer, so this is my proposal:

We pick one of the two DDR remake options (a.k.a yours, which was step every damn DDR file out there, or mine, just step the ones people want stepped) and work together on it, and that can have the KBC tag on it. I want to have some role in it (judging, whatnot), I just won't have enough time to run it by myself. Tell me what you think.

Ok. Here's what I say.


It seems like A LARGE MAJORITY of the songs in this pack are for the four-finger/spread players... Big No-no, I think. A great pack would cater to players of 'all' the various styles there are out there.

There are a crap load of songs I probably won't play from this pack for the simple reason that I 'can't' play them. I know, I'm not the best player out there but I can still play a decent number of songs and actually 'know' what makes a pretty good stepchart- and some are great, no denying that. Technicly RaiRai and Bursurk Lurk have sims in here that are really good, but...They're just not fun for me. Vospi's sim on the other hand is probably the winner for me.

I give this pack a 6/10. Next time (If there is a next time)- Have a larger variety of stepcharts that cater to all the players in SM- Not just the 4-key players.


EDIT: Haha, seems like I repeated basicly what dballin has been saying this whole time. Failing ISN'T Fun, and trying to index a wall of jumps and hands isn't fun either.

If i remember right i didn't call anybody a queer. I just insulted Exige's simfile's because i think they're terrible. I think he's the one who called everyone ******s for hating his files.

They're unbiased. I can combo them on index, I usually play 3-finger, and they're also good for 4-finger players as well, obviously.

Therefore, they're exactly what you were talking about the pack needing. Files which anyone can play.
