    A plea for forgiveness...

    Alright, let me start off by saying that I disown all of my previously made sims. I downloaded a lot of sims (From people like Exige and Cynic) and I realized that mine were complete and total crap. My BPMs sucked, and although the graphics were ok, they could have been waaay better. My steps didn't really seem to stick with anything, patterns weren't exactly apparent, and the music choice overall wasn't that great. Now, at this point, someone's probably going to say "I said that!", and it's true. However, I was too blind to realize that all these people criticizing my sims were actually right. So, I want to ask for forgiveness and start over again, and I have an unreleased song (I believe two or three people told me to get an unreleased song for my next sim, then to ask for critique). The simfile is not done yet, but I wanted to ask the pros (I bow to you, for here i am a noob.) what they thought of it so far.
    Simfile is being modified cuz i finally get what I'm doing wrong. ^^

      And keep working on them, noone starts off making super simfiles, you will get better the longer you work on making them, good luck.

          thanks, and sorry bout the double post, the bugger wouldnt stay bumped. lol. Anyways, I'll have this sim finished (Hopefully) by tomorrow, so any comments or critique would be nice. I'll post the finished sim here when I'm done.

                          Foxboy, this happened much too quickly. I'm not quite sure what to make of it. Well, I'll download the simfile and see how it is.

                                  The BPM is off. At the beginning, I was getting all perfects. By the end of what you stepped, I was consistently getting goods.

                                  The beginning part is done all wrong. The beginning of the song itself is very complex, and would probably take a pretty adept sim artist to even step accurately. You can usually correctly infer that something is stepped incorrectly when it has lots of funny colors (blue, yellow). This isn't true for all simfiles (see: Flashbulb), but it's a good rule of thumb.

                                  The main part of what you stepped is all the same. It's boring. I think it's done wrong, too. I dunno, it's one of those things that could be interpreted different ways. You don't want something like that to make up your simfile.

                                  The song choice is still poor. While I liked the song itself, it's too repetitive for someone to make a fun file for it.

                                  Finish the file. Make more simfiles. Just keep the mentality that you can improve. No matter what you think, it will take time for you to get better. If you stick with it, you'll realize this later. There is no "quick fix" for it. You just need practice.

                                  By the way, while Cynic files are a good model of how to correctly sync a file (BPM and gap), they are not good models of good quality files. The only exceptions to this that I can think of are his V Rasen and his Lab. His Lab isn't even stepped to the OST, but it's much better than his average sim.

                                      Lol this might be better than my sims before, but I played this at like three in the morning and I was like "Omg wtf this sim blows cock" so I'm gonna redo it. I think I Finally get what you're talking about...it may take time to get better, but I don't need to start off for the second time with a crappy sim. Oh yeah btw the song is 160BPM but the gap is wrong, my apologies.
