This is a spastic, ADD driven stepfile made by crackhead video-game mangler Utabi. The track is incredibly upbeat and is written all in swing. What does that mean? It means the yellow arrows are all replaced by pink ones.

This probably has the most complicated rhythms of any stepfile made.
