Created StepFiles and what to do with them...

Alright, I have created my own stepfile, however it would seem as though if I was not the creator of the actual song then I cannot upload it or give it to you guys? Some input would be wonderful. Here's the specs.

So namely my question is:
If I have created a stepfile using this song, is it impossible ( since I dont own the copyrights ) to let you guys use it?

Its not actually 5 foot. Its just what Stepmania does to the file. I'll fix that before I upload it.
