Can someone just tell me in really general terms on how to work these files? Thanks

Example For Most Computers:
1.) Click on the 'Start Menu', then click on 'My Computer'.
2.) Click on your 'C:\ Drive', and open it. Now click on 'Program Files'.
3.) It should show a huge list of programs, scroll through it, and find 'StepMania CVS'. Open it.
4.) Look through your StepMania CVS Folder, for a Folder called 'Songs'. Open it.
5.) This Folder should be empty. Make a Main Folder (File >> New >> Folder) and call it 'DDR Songs', or 'DDR Sim Files'.
6.) Almost Done! Now click on the folder you just made, and open it. Repeat Step 5 only this time name it 'Song Name Here'. (Name the Folder the name of your song.)
7.) Now put all the files you downloaded from FFR into that Folder, and you're set.
8.) Have fun play Setp Mania!
