I'm merely pointing out that some people would find it distasteful to take the creative works of others and distribute them without permission regardless of intention

I don't presume to speak for other people

actually by packaging up their files and releasing them without consent, that's exactly what you are doing

This whole "releasing material without consent" is a joke btw, these files were certainly released albeit ages ago and I'd be surprised if any were personally sent to apoc with the expectation of them staying "unreleased".

I never took it seriously really and nobody sent me files saying don't release them that I remember. I got almost all of them from public forum posts and bemanistyle anyway.

I wonder, do you happen to have the original version of BMR's Angelfalls? The one you currently get in every online pack is a bullshit version not actually stepped by BMR and I have no idea how that file persisted over the real one.

I'm pretty sure my files in this pack weren't released
iirc they were mostly made around late 2004 to early 2005 and shared between ourselves at our school before we were even aware of a stepmania community

good thing nobody cares about stepmania in 2016
no stepman would get mad over this pack unless they're the most self-important stepman in all of stepmania
