Head over to the FFR Batch Forum for all the details on how you can get your file into the game. The Artist Permissions forum section will help you find out if FFR has permission to use the song your file goes with.
also if you aren't good at all, every file should still help train accuracy

but for real, i'd recommend packs from 2008 and older - odi packs, smg packs, puritanical penis pack 1 and 2, community keyboard megapacks, keyboard collaboration 1-3, F4 and F5
all great packs for AAA practice B-)
I do agree but I have tendinitis, soo I really can't play hard files my hands don't keep up.
