The only thing that stops me is that (in theory) Xi could let more composers join under the name AQUAELIE, and if that happens AQUAELIE is no longer the best attribution, because you're not sure which person in AQUAELIE actually composed it. If the song was just attributed to "Xi" then it's very clear that he (she?) is the sole composer.
Does this actually happen in the doujin scene or is it like, a non-issue?
You can tell I'm not experienced with this ._.

Generally, the circle name is used if multiple members are performing.
e.g - IOSYS, which is comprised of multiple composers and vocalists.

Composer name is used if they are the sole artist or are notable either within or outside the circle.
e.g - TatshMusicCircle is a doujin circle, but Tatsh is normally used (if no other vocalists or collaborators are present) since he is a notable member.

Sometimes you'll get instances where both are accredited in the same album/EP release, so checking official metadata, such as a physical album cover (what Autotelic posted above) or other primary source like the circle's website is your best bet.

I checked my file and I have it right everywhere on the .sm and folders and stuff, so that's good.

Holy shit that is amazing. It's such a fucking weird (and good!) music video, I'm so happy to see it referenced in the GFX

Holy shit that GFX set would almost compete but the text is kinda lost against the background.
Definitely higher in meme factor, which is something I can appreciate, but I'm going to use Zero's set.

Yours is another set that is totally worth someone else making a file for though
I feel bad there's been so many songs with 2x sets made when there's so many other people who need GFX work done.
Usually this thread isn't quite as popular and these things don't happen as often lol

- Apple
- Misery in Hayleytown

But I feel I should also give people a chance as well, I was looking through this thread and I noticed you also stepped Scorpion Fire. I also have graphics for that, they were made for the CKMP 1.5 but it was never finished. So they are just laying around if you are interested.

And, Scorpion Fire was already released a while ago in pack 4. I made the GFX for it - they're not great, I wish I could have asked you haha
Save them, I'm sure someone else will step that song in the future. It's a rhythm game staple.
