Anxiety Sadness Game Pack

Warning: This simfile-pack should only be played when the gamer feels hopeless, is in despair, sad, lonely, anxious, betrayed, deceived or frustrated.
The pack is very easy and I've chosen to make it easy because when you are in some of the following conditions I have mentioned, you have to restart yourself with softer charts.

the files aren't depression consoling easy, they lean towards... boring
no one at this skill level is gonna be browsing these forums im afraid, i mean stepping stone of stepmania is 10 x harder, as well as better made :>
im being really harsh, but to produce good files you need to play alot of different files and be at decent skill, so you get to know whats 'fun' in a file
but keep on playing, and trying, and you'll produce some good files someday

If I was depressed I'd try to listen to some happy or catchy songs, so I can get better. But that's just me.

Well, at least some of you had the time to download it.

I know the charts are very easy and might not be 100 percent accurate, but I have gained my inspiration from Flashbulb - Counting Snow, here on FFR. I think that is the best song on FFR, it crushes all the others steps on the whole FFR, because when I played it, it wasn't happy hardcore! It wasn't hardcore happy! It wasn't dubstep.. It was something else! Something that I thought would never exist on a site like FFR.

And that's when the idea of this pack came to life.

Come to think about it, I'm going straight away to Counting Snow for a more deeper understanding of it, which may reflect in future packs!

That is an interesting thought. It reminds me of that meme when Barney from how i met your mother is featured in a .jpeg and you can read "When I'm sad I stop being sad and be awesome instead" or something like that.

I personally agree with the idea that being in a minor state of depression can lead to positive thinking down the line when someone views media reflecting his or her mood. It makes me feel a whole lot better when I watch videos where I can relate to my own negative state. That is to say, I don't think listening to depressing songs will directly make anyone feel better, but they can help people in a sour mood calm down when they see or listen to other people who express similar feelings.

I like the idea of creating a stepmania pack full of sad songs to help alleviate feelings of despair, so thank you.

I think Kommisar has some valid points regarding the quality and stepping. However, his philosophical ideas is highly debatable, a debate I do not want to engage, because it would end up far away from stepmania, ffr, this pack and this forum. Instead I will look into his youtube-videos, or if someone else has uploaded his sims, try and study why he is regarded as one of the most desirable simfile-makers. Last time I wasn't impressed, hopefully, I will be this time.


And goldstinger I will try your pack, go through song by song, and eventually write a report on your thread.
