Regardless of BPM, your notes are still off sync. They don't actually go to anything because you're quantizing 192nd notes onto an incorrect bpm. Feel free to chart stuff using only 60 BPM I guess but as long as you quantize stuff the only way your steps will be in sync is by pure chance.

Also I play with a Cmod. My scroll speed is the same no matter what.

Listen to the "beat" your finger taps are making compared to the music. They are not in line. You can mute the music completely and still AA/AAA/AAAA most charts (okay maybe not AAAA lol) if you wanted to. Doesn't prove anything.

To make it easier you can slow the music down in game and turn claps on.

Allow me to show you what a file with the correct level of care, and effort put into it, actually looks like.

This is also the first time I have shown this file completely off to anyone. It hasn't been reviewed by anyone but me. This is 100% my own work, with zero feedback.

It's synced, has a layering scheme, has a color gimmick, I cut the song to take out the part that'd make it drag, mines are used to create atmosphere and tune up the difficulty.

But you know what. I'm willing to bet there's a mistake someone will point out. Let me tell you, I am immensely proud of myself on this file. I can hardly bring myself to change it even when I find an error.

tldr: your files need work and actually EFFORT put into them. Being able to hit them yourself properly doesn't make them good.

AKA it's fucking wrong. And mind you, this is within two fucking seconds.

And you're not even using an offset.

Also, I opened up the FF7 song in AV, and it took me two clicks to give it a proper BPM and offset. If you were to do that and stop trying to chart things by doing Ctrl + r and quantizing the results, 1. People will stop complaining that your files are off sync 2. You're going to save yourself a whole bunch of work.

That's why it's the first thing people are going to mention when giving you feedback. They're not trying to insult you, they're not trying to question your ability to play the game, they just want to help. Surprisingly enough most people want to see you succeed.
