A suggestion for the next SM

If any of you do any audio work I'm sure you're accustomed to seeing music in a scrolling wave. Like this...

Anyway, my idea is to have SM show something like that scrolling down in the SM editor. If a song is just a little off-sync you might hear it but if this were used you could definitely see if it was off-sync. All you'd have to do is match arrows to the peaks in the waves.

What are all your thoughts on this?

hell yeah, thats a great idea. unfortunately i dont think this is the place to put SM suggestions...
So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.

So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
And I write the blog for their website.

Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O

Yea I know I could probably go somewhere better with the idea (I hear SM has a message board), but I knew people who play SM a lot would be here and theirs are the opinions I wanted opinions. I'm just disappointed more people didn't respond.

well, most of the board-goers here are vets and alot make good stepfiles anyways, so they probably wouldnt need this sorta thing, but for the rest of us this is a really good idea. altho, it wouldnt help much on some really "busy" songs, but oh well.
