as you know if you've used audacity there's no option to snap to a bpm+offset when doing cuts. however:

09:45 PM Patashu: step 1) measure exact length you want to use for cutting. typically something like 8*4*(60/bpm)

09:45 PM Patashu: step 3) move track around selection so it's about to cut out the part you want
09:45 PM Patashu: step 4) cut
09:46 PM Patashu: step 5) restore selection, goto step 3)
