Updated rule 2) 170-210bpm files must have 4200 arrows or more...

Does time matter? Because I would imagine someone making a super short file with that much arrows (from 170-210 bpm) will be near impossible to pass xD

I don't want to sound like I would exclude a file if it ended up being extremely hard, but the point of the updated rule IS to get harder files. A good rule of thumb is that the file has to be fun and challenging with lots of replay value. (Of course it still has to have jumpstream lol)

To me the song choice seemed very low quality (quiet in some parts, with loud spikes and not a very good remix imo it was very annoying), it's not something I would want to listen to more than once. The file is well constructed however, you're a pretty good simfile artist, but the song most certainly did not fit in for the pack. It wasn't anything you did wrong with the file, it's the song itself.

sorry if this comes off a bit harsh didn't mean it too xD
song choice is a pretty heavy factor in what I accept into my packs

Pure practice. Also, find good simfiles. Right now, I can't pass Reach's Superluminal but I hope Icyworld's St Scarhand helps me. Finding a simfile that naturally makes you play jumpstreams is also good. For me, it's baq12's Return of Salieri.
